A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2017, the Defendant up to 2379 up to Asan-si, Asan-si, 101 Dong 1003, 1003, posted a letter that he sells a stable matchet to the Korean car page, and reported it to the victim C who contacted this.

On July 28, 2017, the Defendant reported the Defendant’s house No. 101-2, 1003, Asan-si, Asan-si, B apartment, 101-2, 1003, and made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would deliver 2.60,000 won to the victim D who had contacted with the Defendant to sell the e-mail betting tickets posted on the e-mail of the Republic of Korea.

However, there was no intention or ability to issue the head of the camping match, even if the defendant did not have the head of the camping match 4 to sell the victim with money from the injured party.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and received 260,000 won from the victims in total nine times from the victims by deceiving the victims in the above manner as stated in the attached Form 2 list from November 11, 2017, under the name of the Nonghyup Bank account (E) in the name of the defendant, under the pretext of title 4 in the field of camping match.
