A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide game water for distribution or use, or display or store for such purposes, with contents different from those classified by the Game Water Management Committee.
