A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

350,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Daegu District Court on May 16, 2013, sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 15, 2014, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On November 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs released by C in vinyl tape at the bottom of the phone; (b) performed a crophone in the manner of inserting tap water into the toilet in the vicinity of the route; and (c) administered a crophone in the manner of inserting water into the left part of the bar.

2. On December 23, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased 1.50,000 won from D in front of the head office of the Daegu Suhyup-gu Magdong with D, and distributed it to C, and then put approximately 0.03 g of opphone into a disposable injection machine for use in the vicinity thereof, added approximately 0.03 g of opphone into a disposable injection machine for use, dilution into the left left part, and administered opphones by means of injection into the bloodline.

3. On December 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on December 25, 2014, in front of the Daegu Bank’s cash payment season; (b) took approximately 0.03 grophones left by C in front of the Daegu Bank’s cash payment season; and (c) took the said phiphones into a single-use injection machine from the subway toilets located in the Daegu Bank’s main office, the Daegu Bank’s subway, in which tap water was put into a single-use injection machine; and (d) injected the phiphones by means of injecting them into the left part of the blood transfusion.

4. On December 31, 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.03g and a single-use injection device from C in front of the F Hospital located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, for free, around 15:00, about 10g of philopon, he possessed by C, and then administered a philopon in a way of inserting approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection device from the 3rd floor toilet of the above FF hospital, dilution it with tap water, and dilution it into the left part of the bloodline.
