A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 2, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating road traffic law (dacting driving) at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on March 2, 201, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime in the same court on June 23, 201.

[Criminal Facts] The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CPoter Ⅱs.

1. On July 4, 2018, the Defendant, while driving the above cargo under the influence of alcohol content of 0.227% in blood at around 22:50 on July 4, 2018, and driving the above cargo at the entrance of Yangyang-gu 33 high-sea fishing village at the entrance of Goyangyang-gu 33 high-sea, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyangyang-gu, and driving the road at the site of the Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, the Defendant exceeded the median line and proceeded with the opposite one lane among the two-lane roads.

As a result, the Defendant driven the above cargo while it is difficult to drive the vehicle normally due to influence of drinking, and suffered from the injury of the climatic salt, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) may enjoy the high-sea 33 high-sea fishing from the 13-ro Maul-ro 104, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, So-called 104, a day from the 13-ro Maul-ro Maul-ro Maul-ro.
