A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a Crane car on March 23:35, 2017; (b) proceeded ahead of the village of 801, which was located in 1384-hon-ro, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, 1384, in the Hanyang-si; (c) was subject to the control of drinking from E slope belonging to the department D department of the Goyangyang Police Station D; and (d) was demanded from E slope for a vehicle to conduct an investigation into drinking alcohol, such as the measurement of alcohol concentration, due to the reduction of drinking alcohol at the time of drinking.
