Punishment of the crime

Part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not infringe the defendant's right of defense.

No one may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for a third party's communications.

Around November 13, 2018, the Defendant and B, at the D office operated by the Defendant in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, sent the above mobile phone to the Non-China for the purpose of telecommunication for licensing through the Incheon Airport, using Kwiksetset Service, and around November 15, 2018, the Defendant and B, at the D office operated by the Defendant in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, sent the phone to the Non-China for the purpose of telecommunication for the use of the above mobile phone from time to time via the Incheon Airport.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to provide telecommunications service for telecommunications service provided by telecommunications business operator.

2. Around November 28, 2018, the Defendant and B, at the office of the above company, got Kwikset service from the needy, one opon phone (G) in the name of E. B left the Incheon Airport on November 29, 2018, and came from the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport, so that B may deliver the said mobile phone to the French in the vicinity of the Gan Airport located in the city of Cheongju City of China so that it can be used for communications for scaming.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to provide telecommunications service for telecommunications service provided by telecommunications business operator.
