Punishment of the crime

On March 2019, the Defendant listened to the speech of “to lend a loan on the face of sending the passbook” through a mobile phone from a deceased person on his/her name. Around that time, the Defendant issued a passbook to the C association D account opened in the name of the Defendant, which was opened in front of the Defendant’s house located in Sung-gu, Sung-si, Sung-si, Chang-si, and notified the Defendant of the password. On April 2019, the Defendant again issued a passbook to the company E account opened in front of the Defendant’s home and notified the Defendant of the password.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access.

No person of "200 Highest 1580" shall intermediate a third party's communications or provide it for communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator.

On March 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) heard the speech that “on the face of sending a loan by opening an Internet phone in the name of the business operator after filing for business registration; (b) registered the business with the trade name “F” in the Changwon Station located in Changwon city around March 11, 2019; (c) opened the Internet phone in the name of “F” from G around March 18, 2019; and (d) provided telecommunications services provided by the telecommunications business operator for another’s telecommunications service by transmitting the said phone to the Incheon bus terminal via a high-speed bus line in the Changwon city located in Changwon Station on March 18, 2019.

From March 2019 to April 2019, the Defendant opened a total of 32 G Internet telephone apparatus, such as the list of crimes in the attached list, and provided it for another person’s communications.
