Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Seized evidence 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:52 on August 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) brought a dispute with the victim D (the age of 41) who has laid down a ancestor that was created in and around the cemetery, and (b) brought a saw stop (the total length: 85 cm, the length of the day: 46 m: 46 m) which is a dangerous object in the warehouse, and brought an injury to the victim, such as the victim, who is probed to undergo treatment for twenty (20) weeks in front of the house of the Sinpo City, where the Defendant is living in and in and around the cemetery.
