On October 9, 2017, the Defendant, while driving a bicycle for B engine from a three-dimensional distance of time investigation at around 09:53 on October 9, 2017, temporarily stopped with red traffic signals and violated traffic signals by starting from the direction to the session without changing traffic signals.
