Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 25,000 won.

On May 19, 2018, the Defendant driven a B vehicle on May 17, 2017:04, while driving at a point 193 km from the central expressway (Tgu bank) and driving the vehicle in which passengers are forced to engage in any disturbance, such as dancing within the vehicle to the extent that it would substantially obstruct the safety driving.
