The Defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment of this case is publicly notified.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a person operating Scambling with the trade name called "E EM in the Southern-gun D." On March 20, 2015, around 17:20 on March 20, 2015, the Defendant sold “A” tobacco, a juvenile harmful to juveniles, to F (17).
2. The defendant, who is the defendant, will purchase tobacco from F.
The F demanded the F to present identification card to the F and verified the identification card presented by the F. The identification card was written before 1996, and the F sold tobacco to F. However, G, on March 20, 2015, reported to the police that the Defendant sold tobacco to juveniles F, the Defendant, in the court, contacted the Defendant to the box in the Eup/Myeon of the report police station, in contact with the fact that the F, around 17:20 on March 20, 2015, carried tobacco in the instant Schlage and sold tobacco to juveniles.
