From around January 1991, the defendant worked as an assistant nurse at the B Mental Care Center located in Seo-gu, Busan from around 1991, and has been engaged in the management of the passbooks of patients being accommodated in the middle of January 2008 and the work of preparation for food and the purchase of goods.

On February 27, 2008, the Defendant withdrawn 62,000 won from the passbook of the victim V at the above mental care center, and disbursed 50,000 won for the above victim's simple food expenses, and consumed the remaining 12,000 won for personal use, such as living expenses, at the Busan City, around that time.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to March 19, 2008, embezzled total of KRW 17,507,940 by the same method from the place of the city in Busan to 131 times, as indicated in the annexed crime sight chart.
