Punishment of the crime

From July 26, 2003, the Defendant is engaged in the business of managing funds of the D Reconstruction Housing Association located in Busan Nam-gu C from around July 26, 2003.

On May 17, 2010, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 3,200,000 on the same day, and consumed it for personal use, such as entertainment expenses, in mind, in the office of the said association, while working for the said association, KRW 162,887,678 of the value-added tax refund that was paid by the said association from the head of the Suwon Tax Office.

In addition, from around that time to December 31, 201, the Defendant embezzled total of KRW 154,620,121 by the same method from the place of Busan city through the same 48 times, such as the list of crimes listed in the annexed crime list.
