A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:00 on November 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s office located in Ssung City B; (b) made it difficult for the victim D, who is the captain managing Mart, to refuse at the recruitment interview; and (c) took the attitude of carrying one knife, a dangerous object ( approximately 38 cm in total, about 25 cm in length), and one knife for emotional work ( approximately 30 cm in total, about 16 cm in knife length), which is a dangerous object, prepared in advance at the defendant’s office, and carried one knife in the back part of the victim’s office; and (d) knife the victim’s knife “to die” and brought knife to the back part of the victim.
