Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of ten thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a police officer who served in Seoul Geumcheon Police Station investigation from around 2005 to June 2013.

On January 1, 2012, the Defendant came to know at the Geumcheon Police Station neighboring the Geumcheon Police Station located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City and prepared to commit the fraud of the method of acquiring land-backed loans from financial institutions by using implied land owners at a coffee shop. The Defendant agreed to receive the back of the resident registration number of land owners, the date of issuance of resident registration certificates, and the issuing authority of resident registration certificates at the request of the land owners necessary for the above Article. On January 1, 2012, the Defendant agreed to receive KRW 5 million in cash from E in the Defendant’s vehicle located at the parking lot behind the cafeteria of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Fri-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on the same day, around 19:00 on the same day, and then E promised to receive KRW 50 million in the case of success in the fraud crime.

After that, on January 9, 2012, the Defendant visited the system of the National Police Agency, using his own computer, entered the name and date of birth of H and I provided by E, and discovered the back of the H and I resident registration numbers by selecting persons who correspond to the address notified by E, and then sent the phone to E.

In addition, the defendant, around January 11, 2012, prepared a false written statement of investigative cooperation as if the above H and I's resident registration photograph, the date of issuance of resident registration certificates, and issuing agencies in a case under investigation, and obtained internal approval from the public official in charge of the investigation. On the same day, at around 16:00 of the same day, the defendant visited the Chocheon-dong community service center in the vicinity of the above Geumcheon Police Station and presented the investigation cooperation letter prepared as above, and let the public official in charge keep the H and I's resident registration photograph on the computer screen. The defendant sent the above resident registration photograph using his cell phone, and then sent it to E mobile phone.
