1. The Defendant’s succeeding intervenor’s judgment against the Plaintiff on July 16, 2012 rendered against the lower court.

1. Basic facts

A. (i) The former Co., Ltd. was rendered a favorable judgment on March 21, 1991 against the Plaintiff in the Seoul Civil Procedure District Court Decision 90Da65047 claim amount against the Plaintiff.

At the time, the complaint, etc. was served on the plaintiff (the last address: Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D) by service by public notice.

She received the judgment under the above (i) and subsequently rendered a favorable judgment on March 6, 2002 against the plaintiff in the Seoul District Court Decision 2001Gau1670688.

At the time, the complaint, etc. was served on the plaintiff (the last address: Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E) by public notice.

Fidelity Defendant was sentenced to a favorable judgment on July 16, 2012 against the Plaintiff in this Court Decision 2012 Ghana 126155.

At the time, the complaint, etc. was served on the plaintiff (the last address: the FJG G) by means of service.

Applicant and the defendant succeeding intervenor participated as the assignee of the judgment bond, and the defendant has withdrawn.

(b) Permanent address change, etc. of the Plaintiff: L 1988-05-25 resident registration certificates of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H 1981-11-10, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City I (ex officio) transferred 1981-10, 1981-11, the Government-Si 1981-11, J 1981-3-04, Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K (ex officio ex officio) transferred 1988-05-03, Gangdong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government (ex officio ex officio) transferred to 1988-05-04, the resident registration number of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government 1988-05-25 resident registration certificates transferred to 1988-09-13, the resident registration number of Yeongdeungpo-gu M 1989-04-20, the resident registration number of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1985-198.25.

2. The plaintiff asserts that compulsory execution is unfair, since there is no reason to apply for membership of the credit card to the former Co., Ltd. as the cause of the claim.
