1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as described in paragraph 2 below.

The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 309,836,245.

1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for dismissal or deletion as follows. As such, the reasoning of this court citing the summary of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act as it is is.

The first half to five (1.d.) of the first half (1.d.) shall be followed as follows.

“D. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff is a corporation H (hereinafter “H”).

B) Between the instant plant and the machinery and movables in the instant plant and their premises as the subject matter of insurance, the insurance amount was KRW 10 million in buildings, KRW 10 million in machinery, KRW 50 million in movable property, KRW 50 million in total, and KRW 209,328,732 in the instant fire insurance amount from H on June 19, 2017 and July 31, 2017. The Plaintiff received KRW 90,071, KRW 181 in the instant building, KRW 69,623,852 in the parts of the said insurance amount, and KRW 49,63,69 in the movable property, KRW 37 in the first instance trial.

The 8th head of 2-17th (the second head of 3.b.(1)) (the second head of 3.2(a))) shall be followed as follows.

(1) In light of the above facts, the Plaintiff’s damages amounted to KRW 41,523,780, total amount of KRW 165,724,91 and KRW 88,680, total amount of KRW 165,724,91, KRW 123,680, and KRW 96,470,00, total amount of KRW 96,470,000, when the Plaintiff’s damages amounted to KRW 88,470,00, total amount of KRW 81,470,00 for restoring the factory building of this case damaged by the fire of this case after the occurrence of the fire of this case (i) the appraisal of the appraiser of this case by the court of first instance, and the fact-finding with the appraiser of this court.
