1. The Defendant’s KRW 18,613,486 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from December 3, 2014 to October 26, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s insurance contract B operates “D” in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu C

(hereinafter “Plaintiff factory”). The Plaintiff, an insurer, entered into a factory fire insurance contract between B and B, whereby B’s buildings, machinery, facilities, office fixtures, movables, etc. (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) are compensating for damages caused by fire.

B. 1) The Defendant’s “E” factory (hereinafter “Defendant factory”)

(2) around 20:45 on October 5, 2014, fire occurred at the vicinity of the E factory entrance.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant fire.” The instant fire is on the wall surface of the entrance and exit of the Defendant’s factory, and part of the roof of the Plaintiff’s factory is on board.

3) The defendant factory is the structure of the sandd position panel, and there is the plaintiff factory by dividing the same building into an intermediate partitions (attached Form).

4) During the fire extinguishing process of the instant fire, the number of fire-fighting inside the Plaintiff’s factory fells, and products such as slick lids inside the Plaintiff’s factory were flooded.

C. 1) The external power line of the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s factory was introduced into the electric power system installed on the wall of the Defendant’s factory via the lower bottom of the left-hand roof of the Defendant’s factory, and then was connected to the part of the Plaintiff’s factory through the inner wall of the Defendant’s factory. The main power line coming into the inside of the Defendant’s factory through the lower bottom of the left-hand roof of the Defendant’s factory is fixed to the middle panel wall of the branch connected to the power meter. 2) On the left-hand wall of the Defendant’s factory, the upper floor surface of the Defendant’s factory, which was used as a material storage facility, and the water side color of the Defendant’s sand position panel, are relatively serious.

The main power line which entered the factory of the defendant was cut down from the upper upper floor wall, and the fixed metal machine which fixed the main power line was melted.

It is identified from the electric power line that has been cut off.
