1. The Defendant’s KRW 8,900,160 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from October 25, 2014 to February 2, 2015, and the following.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 29, 2013, the Plaintiff recommended the Defendant, who is an employee of the Dongyang Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongyang Securities”), to invest KRW 100 million in the trust product of the Dongyang Securities (hereinafter “Dongyang Securities”) in the trust product of the Dongyang Securities (hereinafter “Dongyang Securities”) and expressed his/her consent thereto.

Accordingly, on July 30, 2013, the Defendant invested in MaY-W short-term electronic bond trust 3041, which is a specified money trust product, as an asset incorporated into an electronic short-term bond (hereinafter “instant bond”) issued by Dongyang Leisure Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dongyang Leisure”), which is an affiliate company of Dongyang Securities (hereinafter “Dongyang Leisure”).

1) The details of the detailed statement of the trust agreement in the instant trust agreement on the details of the instructions to operate a specified money trust are indicated as follows: “investment by up to 100% is made on the same electronic short-term bond (credit grade B/high risk)” and the “registered asset” in the product description of the incorporated asset is indicated as “Dongyang Short-term Bond (credit Rating B/high risk)”. In addition, in the product description of incorporated assets, the asset description includes the following: (a) the credit rating of the instant bonds is disqualified for investment; (b) the dynamic leisure is in the form of complete capital; (c) the dynamic leisure is in the form of complete capital; and (d) the credit rating of the instant bonds is to be supplemented by securing financial flexibility due to its poor financial structure; (d) the direct and indirect support for the same group; and (e

On September 2013, 2013, the Plaintiff visited the main points of the Eastyang Securities Exchange and fully understood the contents of the said trust agreement, and confirmed that the Plaintiff received the description of the specified money trust product, and was aware of the customer's attention prior to the conclusion of the contract.
