1. Defendant Uanan Securities Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 2,061,323 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 12,631,814 to Plaintiff B; and (c) KRW 11,982 to Plaintiff C.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The position of the parties 1) Defendant Uanan Securities Co., Ltd. (former trade name was “Dongan Securities Co., Ltd.,” but the trade name was changed as of October 1, 2014.
hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Company”).
The Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (hereinafter “Capital Markets Act”)
(i)an investment trading business, investment brokerage business, collective investment business, investment advisory business, discretionary investment business, trust business, a corporation engaged in trust business, Dongyang and Dongyang International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Dongyang International”)

(2) The Plaintiff Company was an affiliated company of the Dongyang Group, a business group, etc., and was affiliated company of the Dongyang Group. From June 11, 2014, the Defendant Company was incorporated into an affiliated company of the Yuanta Finant Capital Holdings (Yuanta). (2) Plaintiff A was shot in D, Plaintiff B’s fraud, and Plaintiff C’s co-born.
D In the course of trading with the Defendant Company through F, an employee of the Financial Center E (hereinafter “instant branch”) of the Defendant Company, it has been substituted for trading in the name of the Plaintiffs.
B. On April 9, 2013, the Plaintiff through the Defendant Company opened an investment account with the Defendant Company around 141,805,960 CY-W short-term electronic bonds trust 3045, Oct. 31, 2013, 2013, at the instant branch on August 24, 2013, 200, CPB trust 4489, Dongyangyang New Daily Securities Trust 4487, and around 100,00,000, and around 205, 2005, Plaintiff 3045, 3045, 3045, 3045, and 303, 2013, respectively, on April 8, 2013, 200 and 300, 300, 205, 306, 306, 206, 306, etc.
(hereinafter collectively referred to as "each of the financial instruments of this case" and each of the financial instruments of this case is "the financial instruments of this case 1, 2, and 3."
