A. 1) The Plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the business of certifying organic agriculture and forestry products, organic livestock products, etc., and the Act on the Promotion of Environment-Friendly Agriculture and Fisheries and the Management and Support of Organic Food, Etc. (hereinafter “Environmental-Friendl
(2) The Defendant is an administrative agency delegated by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs with the authority to designate an institution certifying agricultural, and livestock products pursuant to Article 58(1) of the Environment-Friendly Agriculture and Fisheries Act and Article 5(4) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act and to revoke such designation.
B. The defendant's disposition of this case
