1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

B. On January 18, 2018, the Defendant issued a disposition ordering the Plaintiff to suspend its business for six months (the evidence No. 1; hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the following grounds that the Plaintiff failed to comply with the procedure or method for the examination of certification under the Environment-Friendly Agriculture and Fisheries Act, such as the Plaintiff’s failure to conduct the inspection of livestock excreta and issuing certification of eco-friendly agricultural and livestock products.

5) (B) Although a remaining inspection is conducted on the livestock products or livestock excreta of a newly applied individual farmer in accordance with ? Even though it is required to conduct an on-site inspection on the newly certified non-biotic livestock products (meat, fry, eggs, blood, and livestock excreta), it is not necessary to conduct an on-site inspection on 10 other than B (C) even though it is required to conduct an on-site inspection on the newly certified non-biotic livestock products.
