Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-offenders are as follows: (a) the Defendants’ co-offenders are in line with society.

On November 28, 2018, at around 23:06, the Defendants: (a) opened the victim E (year 40) and F (year 48) in front of the restaurant “D” in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) opened the victim F’s face at 2-3 times on the floor of the victim F on the ground that the victim F is a match; and (c) in this case, the victim E, who was aboard the said Cost F, was released from the vehicle, was pushed the Defendant B’s chest, and the Defendant A was fright the victim E’s face, going beyond the victim E’s bridge, and went beyond the victim E’s face, and went beyond the victim F’s face under this paragraph.

Defendant A, who continued two times of the victim E face by drinking, threatened the victim’s escape, the Defendants threatened the victim’s escape, and the victim’s face back to the scene as they would be attacked. Defendant A, against the victim’s face returned to the site again at 2-3 times, assaulted the victim’s E to the victim’s arms, and Defendant A, the victim E, and the victim’s body going back to the body of the victim E, when the victim’s face can be taken over.

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted injury on the victim E, such as a dus, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment, and the victim F suffered injury, such as double dusing the two left-hand cages which require about five weeks of medical treatment.

2. Defendant A

A. On November 28, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.069% on blood alcohol level around 23:32, 2018, and the Defendant driven the Victim E’s Ha-ray car at approximately 4.8km from the street in front of the restaurant “D” in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, as described in paragraph (1) to the parking lot of the Gtel building in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu.

B. On January 10, 2019, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) around 03:00, the Defendant is placed in the window by inserting the hand from the corridor of the sixth floor of the J-dong IJ-dong, and (b) the windows of Kho-dong.
