A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for four years, by imprisonment for three years, and by imprisonment for two years and six months, respectively.

A and Defendant B are Grade III intellectual disability. Defendant C is a person with no certain occupation, Defendant C is a intellectual disability Grade II, Defendant D is a person with a intellectual disability who is in a high school, and Defendants and F are both the neighbors of the victim G(n, 14 years old) with the intellectual disability 3.

1. At around April 2, 2013, Defendant A and Defendant B were aware that the said victim was talking with and talking about the said victim at the I Hospital staff located in Jeonnam-gun H, Jeonnam-gun, and that there was a mental disorder to the victim.
