1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 74,30,299 and the interest rate thereon from November 18, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and the overall purport of the arguments and evidence Nos. 1 and 2-1 through 4, the Defendants, who jointly run the sales market and the sales market, jointly with the Plaintiff, are liable to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 18, 2014 to the date of full payment, as the prices for goods not paid until October 7, 2014 are up to 74,330,299 won. Thus, Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 74,330,299 won and the amount equivalent to the instant payment order corresponding to the complaint, from November 18 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
