Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. 협박 피고인은 2019. 10. 16. 10:10경 B 쏘렌토 승용차를 운전하여 화성시 정남면 보통리에 있는 정남톨게이트 앞 편도 2차로의 도로를 정남톨게이트 쪽에서 정남IC교차로 쪽으로 2차로를 따라 진행하던 중 1차로로 진로를 변경하려 하였으나 피해자 C(남, 43세)이 운전하는 D 토요타 승용차가 진로를 양보해주지 않자 화가 나, 위 토요타 승용차의 앞으로 진로를 변경한 후 정차하고, 위 쏘렌토 승용차에서 하차하여 위 토요타 승용차의 운전석 창문을 두드리며 피해자에게 ‘야 나와봐, 내려 보라고, 씨발놈 죽여 버릴라, 저 씨발놈이 확 대가리를 부숴버릴까보다’라고 말하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who owns B rocketing car.

No owner of an automobile shall operate any automobile on the road which is not covered by the mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 10:10 on October 16, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads front of the IC, which are normally located in the IC in the front of the due south-si.
