8. 9. Around 07:00, on the top of C in Pyeongtaek-si B, a victim D (69 years of age, n) was cut off by 20,000 square meters at a size of 60,00 won at the market price in front of L-si B.

2. On August 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as at around 23:42 on August 9, 2015, at the same time as at around 1, 2015, cut off by 20,000 won or more at the market price after the victim D walking a tent.
