Criminal facts

At around 01:50 on December 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the police officers in front of the 1st week of the Gyeonggi Branch Police Station located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) arrested the police officers in the act of obstruction of performance of official duties; (c) requested the police officers in front of the 375-1, the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, to cut off the trees of E by carrying on his hand; and (d) demanded the police officers in the circumstances of the said district, etc. to keep off the trees of E, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant forced the police officers from the said district, which is a public office, by uttering or doing very rough words and actions.
