Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on December 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim L, the owner of the above commercial building No. 501 and 502, referred to as “the victim may die without knowledge of the same year and ear”; and (b) threatened the victim on the ground that the victim L, the owner of the above commercial building No. 501, et al. used the toilet for public use in an unsanitary manner.” (c) stated that “The victim may die without knowledge of the same year and ear”; and (d) threatened the victim, as the victim might be at the time.
