Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the Jinju Police Station C District District of Jinju, located in B, on October 19:15, 2015; (b) reported to the effect that the Defendant 112 was stuffed at a long-term children playground; and (c) prepared a report on the detection of an offender who voluntarily accompany the Defendant to the said district to commit a disturbance for drinking, and voluntarily accompanying the Defendant as a disturbance for drinking, and made the Defendant sign and seal the offender’s signature on the column for signature.

“In doing so, the report on the self-sufficiency of the above crime was teared in two hands.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the criminal summary report, which is a document used by public offices.
