1. The Defendant’s KRW 29,405,450 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from September 15, 2015 to November 15, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Partial flag of the term “the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” was amended, and the rate of delay damages applied under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% from October 1, 2015.

Therefore, in the case of this case, the interest rate of 15% per annum from November 16, 2015 to the day of full payment after the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case shall be applied. The plaintiff's claim exceeding the interest rate for delay damages shall be dismissed as there is no ground.
