1. The defendant

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b) 655,940 Won and 628,620 among them;

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. On October 1, 2015, Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended on October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate applied under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15%.

Therefore, in the instant case, the interest rate of 15% per annum shall apply from December 15, 2015, after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment. The Plaintiff’s claim exceeding the interest rate for delay damages shall be dismissed as it is without merit.
