[However, on January 28, 2020, the Plaintiff sought acquisition of the transfer of ownership registration procedure on the motor vehicles listed in the list (attached Form 1) to the Defendant on March 13, 2020, and sought payment of the outstanding amount of KRW 9,917,460 and its delay damages on the ground of the termination of the entrustment contract, from January 29, 2020 on the day following the day when the transfer of ownership is terminated to the day when the transfer of ownership is completed, each of the claim and the ground for the claim are modified; 2.
