On October 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 05:30 on October 23, 2013, at the “Lomoto” located in the Busan Shipping Daegu, and (b) at the same time, the victim M (M, those aged 42) who was administered together with the Defendant had the amount equivalent to KRW 270,000 in cash, which was a scheme for other victims to fill the gap.
