A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim B (the age of 38) and C Center in 2014 and the victim D (the age of 73) are referred to the above victim B.

1.
