A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (n, 46 years of age) all become aware of them in the course of performing their duties, and they are between them.

1. 특수상해 피고인은 2019. 7. 9. 02:30경 의정부시 C에 있는 피해자의 거주지 안에서, 피해자와 함께 술을 마시던 중 피해자의 아들이 피고인에게 말을 버릇없이 한다고 시비를 걸면서 말다툼을 하다가 위험한 물건인 식칼과 과도를 양손에 들고, 칼 끝 부분이 배에 닿게 한 후 힘을 주어 몸을 밀고, 피해자의 목 부분에 칼 끝 부분을 닿게 하여 밀며, 목 부분을 수회 찌르고, 위험한 물건인 식칼로 피해자의 오른쪽 팔을 찔러 꿰매는 진료를 받게 하는 등 피해자에게 오른팔 상박부에 치료일수 미상의 살이 깊게 패인 자상을 가하였다.

2. On July 9, 2019, around 03:48, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to open a door before the place of residence of the above victim B; (b) but the victim was refused to do so; (c) there was a number of 7-8 fire parts owned by the victim; (d) a number of 7-8 fire parts owned by the victim; and (e) an entrance door was installed several times; and (e) a crime prevention window was removed from the window so that the property of the victim can be removed from the window so that the repair cost on the unclaimed part can be seen.

3. Around July 9, 2019: (a) around 05:21, 2019, the Defendant, who entered a residence, requested the victim to open a door before the victim B’s residence; (b) but was refused to do so, as described in paragraph (2), the Defendant: (c) removed the crime prevention window from the window by hand; (d) removed it from the window; and (e) went into the victim’s house through the window, and intruded the victim’

4. On July 9, 2019, at around 05:22, the Defendant: (a) took care of the victim’s face at hand on the ground that the victim was unable to enter the Defendant’s house; and (b) took care of the victim’s face; (c) took care of the victim’s face; and (d) took care of the victim’s face and part of the part of the arms.
