A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 16, 2014, the Defendant injured by special obstruction of performance of official duties found the circumstances E (the age 45) belonging to the Changwon Police Station D, the Changwonwon Police Station, which installed drinking control guidance signboards, etc. and is performing duties for drinking control while driving at the front of the Changwon Police Station at the window of Changwon-si, Changwon Police Station, which was driven by the Defendant, at around 23:33, 2014. In order to avoid the crackdown, the Defendant escaped to the opposite line beyond the central line, and was driven by two vehicles patrol (F and G) belonging to the traffic control system of the Changwonwonwon Police Station, which was waiting in the neighborhood.

The Defendant continued to flee, while driving along the road adjacent to the Bank of Korea, which is located in the window heading Dong of Changwon-si, in front of the window heading of the Changwon-si, and went back to the front road of the Changwon Fire Station, a place where drinking control is performed. The Defendant temporarily stopped after receiving a signal from the above E to stop for the drinking measurement of alcohol, and the Defendant continued to stop the above E to drive the above vehicle, which is an object dangerous to knife by hand, the said vehicle, which is the object dangerous to knife the knife the knife of the above knife of the vehicle, and operated approximately five meters above the floor.

2. The Defendant: (a) had inflicted an injury on E at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph; (b) had escaped to the shooting distance of the Bank of Korea continuously; and (c) had been damaged to the extent of KRW 683,109 for the patrol vehicle used by the public office by the Defendant, who was obstructed on the front part of the left-hand part of the vehicle driven by the police station of the Changwon Police Station, with the part of the patrol vehicle (F) operated by the Defendant, which was driven by the police station of the Changwonwon Police Station.

3. The Defendant continues to violate the Road Traffic Act.
