Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:30 on June 21, 2013, the Defendants expressed that the victim F (24 years of age), the victim G (24 years of age), and the victim G (24 years of age) wished the Defendants in E-cafeteria located in Daegu-gu D, Daegu-gu. 계속하여 피고인 A는 피해자들과 피고인들의 탁자 위에 놓여있던 위험한 물건인 각 소주병을 오른손에 집어 들고 위 F의 머리 부분을 약 4회 내리치고, 옆에서 이를 만류하던 위 G에게도 위 소주병을 내리쳐 G의 양쪽 손 부분을 맞게 하고, 다시 피고인들 탁자 위에 놓여있던 위험한 물건인 500씨씨 맥주잔을 오른손에 집어 들고 F의 머리 부분을 2회 내리쳐 F을 바닥에 넘어지게 하고, 이를 말리던 G의 왼쪽 턱 부위를 오른손주먹으로 1회 때리고, 피고인 B은 그곳 주방으로 가 위험한 물건인 가위를 가지고 와 F의 배에 들이대면서 찌를 듯이 하고, 계속하여 피고인들은 함께 넘어져 있던 F의 몸통을 양발로 수회 밟고 걷어찼다.

2.
