Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is engaged in driving a vehicle C in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

On August 12, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without obtaining a construction machinery pilot's license on construction machinery around 11:40, and tried to enter the same one lane between the five lanes near the gas station in Hado-si D after oiling.

Since there has been a center line, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to drive the vehicle safely by viewing the right and the right of the front and the right while driving the motor vehicle as the center line.

Nevertheless, the defendant entered the above one-lane without a construction machine operator's license, and the defendant driven the above one-time road by driving the vehicle in the inside of the water room with the inside of the water room.
