Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

1. Around 23:55 on November 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in front of the building of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant: (b) went to the taxi and was waiting for a taxi by the victim C while driving the taxi; and (c) went to the taxi and was demanded by the victim to get out of the taxi; and (d) other customers who are going to the said taxi to get out of the taxi by telephone; (b) other customers who got out of the said taxi were on board the taxi without getting out of the said taxi, and (c) other customers who got out of the taxi were able to get out of the taxi, and (d) other customers who got out of the said taxi were able to get out of the taxi, “I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, and see, I see, for about 15 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's taxi business by force.

2. On November 2, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 00:10 on November 2, 2014, the Defendant, who was a taxi engineer under the above paragraph (1) of the same Article, was carrying the Defendant on the said taxi to return home from the police officers in the Ansan-gu Police Station F box of the Ansan-gu, Ansan-si; (b) but without complying with the foregoing, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance for about 30 minutes by stating that “A police officer of the Republic of Korea must have come to fall within his seat, name, address, and address, after the police officer of the Republic of Korea had come to fall within the said taxi.”

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, led to very rough words and actions by public offices.

3. The Defendant’s insult, around 00:40 on November 2, 2014, at the police box of the relevant Ansan Police Station, arrested a flagrant offender under the suspicion of violating the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act while drunking a disturbance, and was sitting in the front seat of the said taxi engineer C and other civil petitioners, etc., the Defendant issued the above police box to the victim G of the police box of the said police box in front of viewing that many persons, including C, who were the above taxi engineer and other civil petitioners, were in the front of the foregoing police box.
