Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that there is no substantial disadvantage in exercising the defendant's right of defense, part of the facts charged was revised.

On May 20, 2018, at around 20:41, the Defendant: (a) reported customers to board the off-to-off taxi platform of the high-speed rail station No. 21 located in the light scenic area of the light-to-light taxi station; (b) provided that, (c) provided the victim’s cab driving by the victim B, who is a cab in another region, the Defendant: (d) provided the victim’s cab with sound that the cab will be subject to administrative disposition; and (d) prevented the cab from driving the cab by avoiding the disturbance for about 10 minutes; and (e) provided that, (e) provided the cab from driving the cab by driving the cab and preventing the cab from driving the cab.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the taxi business of the victim by force.

1. The gist of the claim is that the Defendant merely stated that the Defendant should not operate a taxi outside the business area to board passengers outside the business area. Even if the Defendant’s act constitutes the elements for the crime of interference with business, it constitutes legitimate act to resist the victim’s taxi business outside the business area.

2. Determination

A. According to the evidence established above, the following facts are recognized.

1) On May 20, 2018, the Defendant is a person who drives an exemplary taxi with light name as a business area, and the victim is a person who drives a taxi (C) with inside the business area. (2) On May 20, 2018, the victim laid off passengers from inside the business area and operated the high-speed rail station located outside the business area to the light lighting station located outside the business area.

The injured party is at least 20:41:00 the image criteria contained in the luminous CCTV image USB in order to take passengers who want to get off the above passengers in the luminous area and then want to take up the passengers, but less than 20:41:00.
