Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall conduct business in a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone where the act of sex or of similarity is likely to be done by dividing it by a smuggling, closed space or partitions, etc. or by installing similar facilities.

From September 2012 to August 28, 2013, the Defendant operated the “D” business in Busan B school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone located in B school B, and operated three smuggling partitioned by pressings, which are likely to cause similarity against unspecified male grandchildren.
