Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2018, at around 14:00, the Defendant driven a e-mail vehicle B without the driver's license from around 500 meters away from the mutual influorous aggregate inside the cooling forest zone to the e-mail after residing there.
