Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:40 on April 26, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a Mae Telecommunication Vehicle at a section of about 500 meters from the front road in the north-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the front road in front of the ten-year intersection in the Dong.
