Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives the C Dok-In Cargo in his own possession as his duties.

1. Around 00:50 on January 22, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol by driving the said vehicle, starting from the vicinity of the Yandong-gu Mannan-gu in Annyang-si, Annyang-si, and driving the said vehicle at approximately KRW 1 km section at the front of the Gando University located in the same city scattering-dong with approximately 0.119% of alcohol concentration.
