Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2014, at around 11:30 on December 13, 2014, the Defendant threatened the victim with the Defendant’s family members of the victim D (34 years of age) residing on the above floor, on the ground that the family members of the victim D (34 years of age) living on the above floor 101-dong 1112, brought noise noise to the victim’s personal phone, saying, “The Defendant is a fabbbba for the head of the Simopic flaf.”
