A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 3, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) laid off stones, which are dangerous articles in the front of the Jung-gu Incheon Special Metropolitan City Housing Site Development District (Jung-gu C); (b) around 22:0, the Defendant damaged KRW 688,600 for repair costs, without any reason, of the victim D, who was parked therein.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

On April 4, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant destroyed KRW 710,600 of the repair cost by cutting off a stone, which is dangerous in the front of the front of the Incheon Jung-gu Housing Site Development Project District (JJ C), and without any reason, is a victim D owner of the f23 tons truck, who was parked there, and was parked in the said district, to the effect that approximately KRW 710,600 of the repair cost is destroyed.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

5. The Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on May 10, 2018, at the frontway of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, without any justifiable reason, Nunstren, the victim M owned.
