1. The Defendant shall share 23,207/33,124 square meters among the 33,124 square meters of Gangwon-gun Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun (Appointed Party) and the designated parties.

On December 29, 1994, the confirmation of December 29, 1994, state that real estate is indicated as the indication of real estate in the instant land 9,917 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”), and that the owner on the registry attached the network D and the former owner inherited the network P, the Defendant’s set up, and the network P, April 1, 1974, and completed the registration of ownership transfer of the instant land by attaching the guarantee certificate signed and sealed by the guarantor QRS.

E. Meanwhile, the instant application for ownership transfer registration is limited to the land in the instant dispute.
