1. The Defendant (Appointed) and the designated parties are attached Form 9,917 square meters of C Forest land in Pakistan to the Plaintiff.

1. The following facts are either of the parties to the dispute or of a record:

The plaintiff is a clan that makes D's 31 descendants F as a joint ancestor.

B. On November 16, 1971, the Plaintiff trusted out a title trust with respect to one-fourth of each share of 9,917 square meters of C Forest land (hereinafter “instant land”) to the deceased G, H, I, and J, which are the grounds of the clan, and completed the registration of initial ownership in the name of the above clan members on the same day.

C. On November 26, 1982, the deceased H on May 28, 2014, the deceased on September 11, 1974, and the deceased J on April 20, 1986, the heir succeeded to the deceased's property. The specific inheritance relationship and the shares in the attached Form are 3/40 of the designated person's shares in the attached Form (Plaintiff's assertion) with 3/40 of the designated person's shares in the attached Form, and the designated person's shares in the attached Form are 2/40 of the designated person's shares in the land in this case of H, but the shares in the designated person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's deceased person's property, and eventually, the designated person's shares in the land in this case are 3/111/4/14/14/14/1/14/4 of each designated person'

The separate sheet (Plaintiff's assertion) of the above designated parties' shares in the attached table "subject shares" appears to be erroneous in calculation.

On November 16, 2016, at the general meeting held on November 16, 2016, the Plaintiff resolved to terminate the title trust of the instant land and file a lawsuit.

E. A duplicate of the complaint containing the Plaintiff’s declaration of intent to terminate the above title trust agreement reaches the date indicated in the separate sheet (the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint) to the Defendant (Appointed Party) and the designated parties.

2. According to the facts of the above recognition, the defendant (appointed party) and the designated parties are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the ground of termination of title trust as stated in the separate sheet (the delivery date of a copy of the complaint) on each of the relevant shares listed in the separate sheet among the land in this case to the plaintiff.
