Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

As of October 30, 2016, the Defendant was revoked the driver’s license of a motor vehicle. On December 6, 2016, the Defendant driven the foregoing motor vehicle without obtaining the driver’s license of 100 meters from the inside and in front of the D located in Suwon-gu, Busan, to the front of the Busan, Suwon-dong KBS.
